Whether you're a circus fan or someone who simply enjoys new perspectives… whether you're a visitor to Sarasota or a resident who wants to see and share your hometown from a new vantage… you, your family and your friends will enjoy Sarasota's Big Top Tours. Hosted by internationally known circus performer, Toby Circus Ballantine, you will be entertained by stories of The Big Top and how it contributed to the rich fabric of Sarasota and the world beyond. Toby grew up in the circus...performed in the circus...and now he shares his unique insights and experiences with you! Your tour will begin and end at The Ringling Museum parking lot. Sites along the route include:

• The Charles Ringling Mansion
• St. Martha's Church: "The church the circus built"
• Sailor Circus tent
• John Ringling's Railroad Car (The JOMAR) and Bob's Train
• The John & Mable Ringling Museums (Museum admission not included in tour price)
• The Circus Ring of Fame

Tours are offered Mondays through Fridays at 10AM, from January 4th through April 27th, 2012. Advance reservations are necessary.
